" If You require a special order item ( Not a stock Item ) 50% of the price will be taken from your credit card at time of order. These items are non returnable. Please make sure of size and model before ordering. " If returning faulty goods, T.C.S strongly recommends that you use a 'Signed for' service such as Royal Mail Recorded. This service is not time sensitive but tracks the parcel. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt. " Your order will not be despatched until T.C.S has received clearance from your credit card company. T.C.S will not attempt to take money from your credit card until the goods are ready for despatch. " If all or any of your order is not ready for despatch we will not take any money from you until the goods are ready to go. If the order is split, we will charge you card for only what we send. " T.C.S reserves the right to not refund the outbound postage on any orders cancelled and returned by you. " T.C.S reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee for any cancelled orders returned to us. " Any cancelled, returned goods must be in a received by T.C.S in a resalable condition. If they are not we will either return them to you to retain, keeping the original amount or only offer a part refund.
